Time and again, we let time quantify things and forget that He surpasses time..

Epiphany of the day:

Maybe the reason why I can hold on to this job for a year is precisely because I don't love it.. In the sense that it does not attract me enough to invest time and energy beyond what is needed. That it is something I can do, but not necessarily what will spur and excite me to give more, to want to excel... Hence, it does not fight for my attention with other areas of life, though it does take up much time. I realised I like solving puzzles, analyzing information and creating things.. While this job does consist of trouble shooting, it is not really the kind that appeals greatly... So, in any case... I'm thankful; contented.. And happy. :)

On a road of self-discovery... I may be a bit behind times, but as I slowly get to know Him more.. I start to see and understand myself more clearly...

I love to read what I wrote... It's interesting... Maybe that's why I can keep myself occupied for hours w my own thoughts...
